Amir Trifman has been the CEO and co-owner of MGT since the year 2000 Amir holds an LLB Business Law from London Metropolitan University and an MBA from Oxford Brookes University. In addition, Amir is a founding member of the Israeli Oak Society.

Shahar Trifman is the Technical Director and owner of MGT, with around 40 years of industrial experience. An expert in welding and stainless-steel processing, he oversees all plant operations, setting high standards for quality, safety, efficiency, and engineering excellence, and leading complex teams and processes.

Yael Blum is Human Resources Manager at MGT Industries, leading human capital processes and supporting employees and managers. She drives HR initiatives, recruitment, and organizational alignment, and implemented advanced attendance systems. Yael holds a B.A. in Human Resources Management, Senior Payroll Controller certification, and expertise in labor law, with a human-centered, practical approach.

Chief Accountant and Senior Payroll Controller with approximately 30 years of experience in finance and payroll. Holds a B.A. in Economics and a Senior Payroll Controller certification. Expert in managing full accounting operations, preparing financial statements, handling employee payroll, and ensuring regulatory compliance, with a high level of responsibility and professionalism.

Iris is the Factory Secretary at MGT Industries, managing the plant’s administrative operations. She handles quotations, customer orders, invoicing, and collections, and maintains continuous coordination with internal and external stakeholders. She brings extensive industrial office experience, strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks over time.

Igor leads the agitator engineering domain at MGT. He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.Sc. in Systems Engineering, with approximately 17 years of experience in the field. He is responsible for the design, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of mixing systems, as well as for the costing and pricing of the company’s mixing solutions.

Oleg Jezmer is a Mechanical Engineer with 14 years of experience in industrial mixing and agitation equipment design. He specializes in mechanical design, power and torque calculations, and motor-gearbox integration, supporting projects from technical design through manufacturing and delivery with strong production insight and long-term product expertise.

Yair Ze’evi is Local Market Sales Manager at MGT Industries, a Mechanical Engineering Technician and Business Administration graduate. He advanced through production, engineering, and management roles before sales. His responsibilities include marketing, customer negotiations, technical support, quality oversight, and delivering creative solutions. He enjoys swimming, cycling, and restoring motorcycles.

Yarden Trifman is Sales Manager at MGT Group, leading sales in Israel and managing industrial projects from specification to delivery. He brings strong experience in sales and business development, previously managing a regional FMCG sales area. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration (Marketing) and combines commercial expertise with hands-on technical understanding.

Dror Livne is Global Sales Manager at MGT Industries, leading international sales, strategic partnerships, and market expansion. He previously served as CTO and founder of AseptoRay, developing UV non-thermal pasteurization technology, and as a process engineer at MGT Process. He holds B.Sc. Biotechnology and M.Sc. Systems Engineering.

Tzviki Shimoni is a Mechanical and Process Engineer, Technion graduate, and senior member of MGT Industries’ PROCESS Department. He established and led the department for 15 years, developing dairy process systems worldwide. His work includes process design, project management, marketing and sales, customer negotiations, and delivering creative solutions for small and medium plants.

Moshe Shpol is a Process Engineer and Project Manager at MGT Liquid & Process Systems, specializing in custom process systems for food, cosmetics, and chemical industries. He leads process design, P&IDs, and multidisciplinary coordination. He holds an M.Sc. in Systems Engineering and a B.Sc. in Biotechnology Engineering.

Amir Rotman manages the Process Department at MGT. He is a mechanical engineer with approximately 20 years of experience, specializing in the design, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of complex process systems, including tanks, pumps, piping, electrical systems, control, and software, with a strong systems-level perspective and the ability to lead projects end to end.

Ziv is a mechanical engineer with a broad technical perspective and extensive hands-on field experience. He specializes in assembly work, real-time engineering problem solving, and delivering creative solutions. He is also involved in machine design and the optimization and improvement of production processes, combining practical thinking with engineering precision.
